Restoration 1 Franchise Celebrates the Opening of 200th Location
The fastest-growing restoration franchise achieves milestone after years
of explosive growth
Restoration 1, the fastest-growing restoration franchise in the nation, recently celebrated the opening of our 200th location in September. In the highly competitive $210 billion restoration industry, Restoration 1 is one of the only brands that is capable of consistent national growth, as the competition is either completely sold out of territory or cannot keep up with the demand.
This milestone of 200 locations also is proof that our business model is working for our franchisees, many of whom had no experience in the restoration industry before joining our franchise family. Our industry-leading support, low entry costs and quick ramp-up time are reflected in our culture, which emphasizes franchisee success as paramount. This has created not only a culture that fosters rapid nationwide growth, but also an economic model that has the potential for tremendous financial returns. According to our Franchise Disclosure Document, Restoration 1 franchisees generate more than $1 million in sales after 12 months in business.
“When I first got involved with Restoration 1 the brand was small but full of potential,” said Gary Findley, CEO of Restoration 1. “This is an important milestone for everyone involved, but it’s also just the beginning. This business brings a unique opportunity for franchisees, and it’s just a matter of time before we’re hitting our next milestone in growth. It’s an honor and a privilege to be a part of this family, and I look forward to continued growth and success.”
Restoration 1 is going to grow for years
Recently, Restoration 1 announced an ambitious goal of having 300 locations open by the end of 2019. Since Findley took the reins of Restoration 1 in 2016, ambitious growth goals have been the norm; in that time, our brand has doubled the size of its franchise network.
In a recent interview with Texas Public Radio, Findley outlines how the diversity of entrepreneurs attracted to the brand’s business model fuels rapid growth:
“We’re right at 200 locations today,” he says. “We’re looking to see at least 50 to 75 new locations per year. Our goal is to get this up to at least 500 locations over the next few years. Our tremendous growth is due to the system — our franchisees have been very successful. They come out of the gates pretty quick. There’s so much diversity in our system. Our franchisees come from all over the place — not just blue-collar workers — we have executives, investment bankers, farmers, Secret Service guys and more. We’re currently the fastest-growing restoration franchise in the country.”
