In order to grow the brand effectively, Rose is launching franchise advisory councils to give franchise owners a way to collaborate on the new initiatives and strategies that Restoration 1 develops.

“We’re currently in the process of implementing franchise advisory councils to partner with us as we develop solutions for our franchise network,” she adds. “I hope this becomes the hallmark of the way we tackle big strategic issues moving forward.”
