Restoration 1 Franchise Announces Ambitious Growth Goals

The fastest-growing restoration franchise looks ahead to a bright future of sizable growth and systemwide sales gains

In April, our entire franchise network gathered at our annual franchise convention in Fort Worth, Texas to celebrate our success and set new goals. Our executive team, led by our visionary CEO Gary Findley, did not disappoint: He announced that Restoration 1 expects to have 300 locations open by the end of 2019 — and that is after adding more than 150 franchise locations to our network in the past three years.

“There’s no doubt in my mind that we’re going to double the size of our network by the end of next year,” Findley says. “As the restoration industry continues to boom, Restoration 1 is one of the only brands capable of keeping up with the demand. We have significantly increased the support we provide to our franchise network, and we will continue to do so! The success of our franchisees is our most important goal, and we’re excited to welcome more entrepreneurs to Restoration 1.”

The restoration industry is growing at a rapid clip and is now worth more than $210 billion. While the other restoration brands are either completely saturated or cannot keep up with the demand, Restoration 1 has territories available in prime markets across the country.

To give you the full picture of how rapidly we are growing, here is a breakdown of our growth starting from the year before Findley took the reins of Restoration 1 and ushered in a new era of sustained momentum for our brand:

    • 2015: 30 locations
    • 2016: 106 locations
    • 2017: 173 locations

Not only do we expect our brand to add 127 locations by the end of next year, we expect to see a significant increase in systemwide sales. In 2017, we had over $43 million in systemwide sales; by the end of 2020, we expect that number to rise to $250 million.
